Lendi Group has formed a new data partnership with Real Estate Industry Partners (REIP) to strengthen the Aussie brand’s property search capabilities.
Through the partnership, REIP will supply Aussie with a direct feed of current and new property listings via its national network of leading real estate groups, including Ray White, Harcourts, Raine & Horne, Century 21, REMAX, Belle Property, and others.
The collaboration supports the upcoming launch of Aussie’s new data-driven property search platform — a key part of its broader Find, Buy and Own strategy.
“Our move to a property ecosystem is about bringing the same fair go approach to searching and buying that we’ve delivered in home lending for 33 years,” said Lendi Group co-founder Sebastian Watkins (pictured left).
“Property search is a critical part of this evolution as it brings customers into the Aussie ecosystem sooner, and it means Aussie can support them at every stage of their journey.”
The REIP partnership builds on Aussie’s recent launch of Aussie for Agents, a VPA-free way for agents to market their listings. It marks another step in the brand’s transformation from traditional mortgage broker into a fully integrated property ecosystem.
“Expanding into the broader property ecosystem reflects our commitment to putting customers at the centre of everything we do,” said Jade Clarke, Lendi Group general manager of data. “By combining rich data insights from REIP with our trusted experts, we’re empowering Australians through every stage.”
REIP CEO Sadhana Smiles (pictured right) said the integration will deliver better insights for buyers and a stronger platform for agents to reach serious property seekers.
“REIP’s rich industry data will provide insights that Aussie customers can trust. Home buyers and investors will be empowered to make smart, informed property choices knowing that they have a full picture of the property market,” Smiles said.
“Real estate agents will benefit from the integration, gaining access to VPA-free listings within the Aussie marketplace and greater visibility to a high-intent audience of buyers and vendors.”
